In this quote you really have to understand the definition of resourcefulness it is to be able to adapt and deal with difficult situations in a skillful manner. Now a resourceful idiot is someone that has the ability to deal with a difficult situation in a skill ful manner but the skillful manner is one of a dumb idea. Someone that is idiotic and knows how to deal with situations in a new way that is also idiotic. So really all i can say about this quote is don't be an idiot and don't try to be resourceful if your an idiot.
